Do I wear too much make up for 13 years old?

I think the balm is okay, but the tinted moisturiser not so okay. Without tinted would be good, you're only 13 and still not mature. If you use this many now you might be using so many products by the time you're 15. Your mum knows best :-D

I think that that's a perfect amount of makeup.

In my opinion, I think you could even wear a little bit of mascara.

I'm 14 and a freshman in high school and I wear tinted moisturizer, powder, mascara, liquid eyeliner, and lip balm (not like the colorful kind, the clear chapstick brand). My mother thinks that the amount of makeup I wear is fine. She will even buy me makeup as little presents on my birthday or Christmas.

Your mom is wrong. I'm 12 and I wear mascara and tinted lip balm. If your lip balm is too dramatic (as in bold) it's too much. Don't go over board with anything tinted though.

But if you have problems with pimples and other skin problems, it would be better if you didn't wear the moisturizer.

Lip balm is good for you...give your lips healthy looking.

Talk to your mom about it... and show her(in your actions) that you are growing up. I am sure she's just trying to look out for you.

the moisturizer seems like a bit much maybe you could wait until your 15 or 16 for that

Yes thats too much...you DONOT want to be wearing that much makeup at this point of your age...im 14 and i only wear mascara THATS IT.

Its hard to tell from your description, it doesnt seem a lot but I dunno if its really dark heavy stuff :)

Nah defiantly not, see many children younger than you with heavy duty make up, that is hardly nothing. Mum's are just Mum's, they always have to have something to complain about.
