To all police offericers out there?

Here is my story i was citied but not caught by a police offericer for indecent exposer times 2 they came to my work and citied me for indecent exposure twice can they do that if you wherent caught by them on there shift and they lied about the date as well saying i was there when i was sleeping in my rv after a 12hr shift so can they citie you even you where never caught on there dutty

    There is no legal requirement for the officer to arrest you at the time of the offense.

    There is no legal requirement for the officer to observe the violation. A credible witness is sufficient.

    I doubt they lied about the time, it was probably an error from an eyewitness. However, the state only needs to prove the approximate date an offense occurred. It does not have to be exact.
