Will McDonalds put whatever you want on a burger?

I like their Swiss Mushroom burger but I want lettuce and tomatoes too.

    Yes, but there is a chance they will charge you more..

    Within reason, YES, you can get your burger any way you want it. As long as what you want is an available ingredient.

    Yes ofcourse they do, I always add other ingidients to my burger they'll just charge you extra.

    If they are busy they will not. They hate doing this, but will if you pay extra.
