How do I close my Citibank account?
Obviously, I should go to one of their branches, but should I withdraw all my money first? Can I just make the withdrawal when I ask to close my account? Are there any fees? Hidden fees? Thanks

Call them up; they'll be able to tell you the process as well as any fees related to uour account closure. It shouldn't really matter when you withdraw your money, as long as you do so before the account is closed (although either way you'd still be entitled to the money as it is your money, not the bank's). Also you may be able to find this information by logging in online to your citi bank account.

You will most definitely get better and more accurate answers by calling the bank directly. Citi has a toll-free number that you can use on their website.
