Drugstore lip and eye makeup!!?

If you can get to an Ulta, they have everything: both drugstore and high end makeup! But, they literally have every brand of drugstore makeup! Anything by ELF is really cheap and actually okay in quality! ELF is sold mainly at Target or online.

Best Brand for Lips: Definitely, hands down, Revlon!

Best Brand for Eyes: Maybelline for Eyeliner and Mascara. For Eyeshadow, WetNWild or Revlon.

Revlon is frequently raved about its lip products on youtube all the time. Their lip stains and lip butters are the best in my opinion. Their lipsticks and lipglosses are also great.

Maybelline eyeliners are amazing. I love their masterdrama and studio line gel eyeliner. Their Rocket, Megaplush, Full N Soft, Colossal, and One by One are fabulous! Their mascara never fail. WetNWild eyeshadows are really pigmented for just $3 for 3 shadows. Also Revlon eyeshadow quads are awesome.

I love EOS Lip balms and Baby Lips by Maybelline. Also for eye makeup I like Great Lash mascara by Maybelline. For eye shadow I like the Neutrogena nourishing eye quad, I use the Tea Biscuit pallet so if you have brown eyes then that pallet will work for you, but they do have other colors of pallets.

The Revlon lip balm/tint is amazing. Also I like Covergirl's lipstick too. I don't really like cheap eye shadows. But Physicians Formula;s is surprisingly cheap, yet has really good pigmentation.
