How long till stitches dissolve in mouth?
I just had four back teeth pulled today and one of them the dr had to cut and I have stitches, they don't hurt that bad. But I was just wondering when they will dissolve? Also is my mouth gonna be sore tomorrow?
Also like Jim said about the swelling, if I put on ice pack on it will it help?

It will dissolve within 7 days. If it is non resorbable silk suture the dentist has to cut it out. Soreness in likely. You will get swelling is he had to cut the bone to take your wisdom teeth out.

A week or two. a month at tha longest. They probably are the desolvable kind. I sorta remember having 4 of mine out all in same day.
