Exercises to increase jumping, speed, acceleration?
Does anyone know specifically which exercises I can do to increase my vertical jumping, running speed, and acceleration? Ones I can do at home, I already have weights.

I guess you are in track? Well I what I do is jump on a trampoline or a couch on one leg about a hundred times , and the other as well! And instead of walking around the house, try jogging. That will help your stamina and your control! Hope it helped!

if your talking track then put the weight on your feet and jump with them and run around also keep running everyday and it will gain you speed
