Is there anyway legal way to get games cheaper then retail?
I'm a gamer with a extremely low budget so I was wondering if their is a cheaper way to get new games such as black ops 2, assassins creed 3, far cry 3, etc..

Apart from waiting and buying it on sale or second hand, there is one way, but it is hard to break into.
Contact the game company you like and ask them to let you be a beta tester.
Of course, it's too late for the games that are already out, but you may get to play the newest games before anyone else.

Yup, gamestop. I have the gamestop app on my computer and they have daily deals...I think just the other day Black Ops 2 was like 40 bucks.

You can wait until they come out and see if people are selling them on eBay for cheap. Other than that there aren't really any LEGAL ways for it to be done.

you wait for the price to drop
or you wait for them to become available in the second hand market
you wil not be able to get them right away though
