I love it! I would pronounce it (Mel-ee-nuh). I picture a cute little girl with big brown eyes, dark curly hair, a soft smile and dimples! :)

It's a little old fashioned to me, it looks like a combination of Miley and Selena. I would pronounce it Muh-lee-na. I would picture a girl from the Midwest or a foreign country.
