Ideas for fraternity brotherhood activities?

I just got asked to be the brotherhood chair of my frat and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for me? I need things that'll make us feel closer like bonfires or something. Tailgate season is gone for now so that's out

    1. Sports: poor man sumo, water-basketball or polo, football, dodge-ball, intramurals.

    2. Next year before Christmas do a white elephant gift exchange.

    4. Fireside chat to solve issues in house.

    5. Game night, using Greek family as teams

    6. Philanthropy

    7. Serenade the Sororities one night

    8. Make sure everyone knows house history/information

    9. Everyone memorize school fight song

    10. House retreat somewhere.
