What is my Vagina bleeding?

I am 16 years old I already got my period at 11 My period finished 2 days ago Today around 2:30 AM I touched myself I use my tooth brush.... A few hours ago My pants felt damp I checked and bleeding!? DID I break my Hymen? 0: When I wiped myself just now There is still Blood but I'm not bleeding
