I'm extremely afraid of shots and I'm getting one in the arm..

Close your eyes and count to ten...trust me this works! It'll be over before you know it....your arm might be a lil numb afterwards though

Im afraid of needles too. When i get shots i have two nurses ( one who gives the shot and the other holds my head in the opposite direction and asks numerous questions). Before you get the shot, let them know how you feel about them like i did.

The nurses leave the needle in for about a minute or maybe a little less. Just relax and try to laugh.
