car maintenance package offered by car dealer?
recently bought a used honda accord. i want to get it serviced and i saw that a honda dealership was offering a car maintenance package for 129 bucks that includes:
oil and filter change
rotate and balance
battery service
four wheel alignment
engine oil additive
fuel system cleaner
so can someone tell what is a battery service, engine oil additive, fuel system cleaner? you know break it down for me cause i don't know much about cars. if i do these things separately what will it cost me and is 129 bucks a good deal for having these things done?

oil and filter change-you can do this yourself. If not I would buy the good oil and good filter at the store and when you take car in make sure they use what you bought in. Buy the correct oil. It should say in Owners manual or on oil filler cap. should say something like 10W-30.
rotate and balance- rotate tires means to move the front tires to the back and back ones to the front. This makes sure the tires wear evenly since the engine is on front and thats where most of the weight is. Balance tires means they add small weights to the tires so when it spins, it spins evenly and so it doesn't feel like the tires are egg-shaped. If tires are worn and look the same then you dont need rotation. If car drives and handles at high speeds then you don't need balance.
battery service- you can do this yourself make sure battery terminals are clean and tight
four wheel alignment-this make sure your tires are all straight. If you're driving and your car doesn't drive. to the side, then you dont need it.
engine oil additive- really don't need this. Just buy some high quality oil like Castrol, Mobil1. If your car has high mileage get high mileage oil
fuel system cleaner- that is basically the small bottle of fuel treatment that cleans injectors.
If you're not having any problems I wouldnt get it. Only thing I would get is the fuel treatment at Autozone or Advance and some good oil and filter.

If it needs these services? You can pour your own fuel additive in the gas tank. Change your own oil and use some additive with the oil or just buy some high mileage oil that has the stuff in it already.
You can clean you own battery posts and connections. If the car doesn't pull hard to one side then you don't need an alignment. And if the tires are not hopping or vibrating at highway speeds then they don't need balanced.
Good Luck! (Do it yourself for maybe $30.)

Which "invoice" are you speaking about? The sticky label on the window, the one the dealer gets when they take delivery of the car off the truck or the one the brand sends them a month later? Study the car by VIN number. Find out the purchasers true cost for the car. Then make any present you want. Do not forget, the price of the car is what you and the dealer agree it's. If i am looking at a auto with a sticker of $forty,000 i'm going to present to pay $30,000 and negotiate from there. And not ever exchange to your car at ANY supplier. You will constantly come out behind. Sell the vehicle yourself and make more actual money.
