Do you think this guy in remotely interested?

There is this guy that comes into the place I work. He comes in every day. I've had a giant crush on him since I started working there a year ago. Just recently though its become a huge huge crush. When I wait on him my voice and my hands shake and I stutter and my face turns all red and I can't control it. My friend gave him my number a couple of weeks ago. It didn't say whose number it was but it was obviously mine because everybody makes such a big deal about my crush and tries to embarrass me when he comes in. Anyway, he had a girl call to see whose number it was but it was just his friend. He said he knew whose it was but he "had to make sure." But the thing is, he hasn't used the number. He's had it for a month and hasn't used it. He still comes in and when I wait on him we both kind of just awkwardly smile but I just don't understand. Today when he came in his words were getting all jumbled and his face turned red like he was nervous, but that was the first time that's happened. Usually it's the other way around! And I always catch him looking at me but when I look up he looks away. My friend tells me that he Stares at me a lot, but I just don't know if he likes me or not. My friend asked him on a scale of 1-10 how shy he was and he said 13 so I don't think he'd make a move. But the problem is that on a scale of 1-10 I'm a 20!!! I don't know what to do!! Do you think he likes me? How can I get the ball rolling because I just really like him and I think we'd be great together!
