IF THE ISLAND IN LOST HEALED EVERYONE THEN WHY DID SAWYER NEED READING GLASSES?

    The island healed only major things like Locke's legs, and even then it was not all the time, as stuff like Ben's spinal tumor was not healed. Sawyer's need for glasses does not count.

    Plus people wounded each other in fights all the time.

    THE ISLAND ONLY HEALED SIGNIFICANT AILMENTS. NOT SOMETHING MINOR LIKE SIGHT. BEN ALSO WORE GLASSES. (SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS, I'M VISUALLY IMPAIRED MYSELF. LOL
