if you get involuntary discharged from army with three years in and your contract was for 4 years active and?
4 years reserve can u still sign a contract before u get discharged out for goin to national guard or a reserve unit?

If you are being involuntarily discharged, for whatever the reason, the NG and reserves are not going to take you. They don't need to give second chances people who couldn't hack it the first time around. If your RE code is anything but 1, then there's no way you'll be signing with anyone.

No. You cannot sign another contract until you have been removed from active duty. You do have a chance to join the national guard after you have removed from active duty but this will be hard and my require a waiver.

Probably lose Any & All Benefits...
including the GI Bill...
Will be unable to Enlist into any other Service Ever...
