There's not too much detail you can put into concealer. I'll try my best to answer thoroughly.
DRUGSTORE BRAND:
Revlon's concealer---
~can be found at your local Drugstores
~under $10
~Many skin color options
My experience: I'm cursed with my mom's Italian facial feature (Dark Circles). When I'm on a tighter budget, I buy Revlon's concealer because it does and excellent job of concealing blemishes. I highly recommend getting one tone lighter than your actual skin tone.
HIGHER-END:
Dermiblend's Concealer--
~Can buy at Ulta or on amazon.com
~best coverage
~very wide skin color selection
~cost about $25
My experience: if I have the extra money, this is my first choice. It makes my blemishes disappear and hides my dark circles. It lasts all day. Again, one skin tone lighter than yours. This is my favorite, next would be Revlon.
Hope this helped!
