I believe that most make it through with "some" difficulty. But... people have difficulties in all stages of life. Teens are no different from anyone else in that each is so individual. To make a sweeping statement about most teens is not realistic.

My thought on the subject is which concept is she referring to. I am sure most teens do make it through adolescents biological speaking; however emotionally today I beg the differ.

I can't say most, but quit a few. I speak from expirence, with their bodies, and minds for that fact changing its difficult.
