Does this count as cutting myself?

I read in an article, the definition is purposely cutting yourself with a sharp object, enough to draw blood. I cut with a serrated blade, cant stand straight edge blades. I do it quick and it really doesn't bleed, it definately breaks the skin but it doesn't really bleed. I get scars from it but if it doesnt draw blood does it even count?

I guess any form of self hurt "counts"!! first I just rubber off my skin with a sharp plastic thing then my parents noticed and did consider it cutting.. Now I ended up cutting small cuts into my skin with a scissor... Hurts alot and bleeds too (I've tried doing it with a razor which doesn't nearly hurt asmuch)

Anyway you should not try to have it count as cutting yourself!!! It's not a very good accomplishment and you shouldn't get into it... It's VERRY hard to stop and the scars look terrible

    Yes.

I used to cut myself when I was younger. At first, it was like you. It never bled and it left tiny scars. But as time went out, I cut myself deeper and deeper.

    I regret it. Completely.

    Please keep that in mind.
