how to land a job through a healthcare staffing agency?

Currently I work for a long term care pharmacy and since the day I started (5months ago) people have been dropping like flies. I mean the turn over rate is ridiculous and management refuses to hire techs, pharmacists, data entry, etc. I have applied to every hospital in my city. And still no call and interview. My resume has been reviewed by counselors, managers, and career specialists. At this point I'm eager to leave my job because the workload is overwhelming and im in school. In fact, they are unwilling to work with my school schedule , so that's a main reason why I have to leave this place. PLEASE help me!!!! I been searching for staffing agencies that's healthcare based and really need to know who is legit, how can I work, and who's willing to hire me ASAP. Thank you.

Join the rest of us unfortunatly......I've had the "pleasure" of working in the clinical lab sciences....goin back to school hoping for the best....just keep tryin simplyhired.com, indeed.com, careerbuilder.com, monster.com, and others.....it took me amost a yr to find the depressing job I have now even but something came up....something will come up for u just keep trying, because the moment u stop that's when the opportunity comes....never give up! I'm looking into getting a healthcare job as well that will be flexible enough for me to take classes (first shift is the best cuz u can take classes in the evenings, night shift is good too but u might get insomnia like I'm seeming to have...sleepy everywhere at all the wrong times with no life but work and sleep and very little time to study)....economy sucks as usual, so stay motivated and keep trying! ;)
