Do I have Multiple sclerosis ?

Since I was about 16 or so I used to have these horrible headaches accompanied by severe dizziness. it was like someone would jab a nail though my skull at random times and then the pain would slowly disappeared. I had trouble thinking still do from time to time. Soon after my eyesight started to be affected by this as well in fact once I temporarily lost my vision after having one of these episodes. I saw a number of doctors had a ct scan nothing then when I moved out and started to go away a good bit headaches weren't as frequent. just recently they've started to come back along with the visual disturbances and with it I've also had issues with large groups of muscles that will seize up on me at random or that will just hurt. What's up with me. I read that Onset of MS can happen near 20 years old. Is this what's wrong with me?

I am not a dr but I am 95% sure I know what is wrong with you. This is  some kind of severe migraine. Visual disturbances including a blind spot, zigzag flares and distorted watery vision can happen, and you can be dizzy,  vomit, and even feel numb on one side as if having a stroke. A few rare types of migraine, such as basilar, can even cause unconsciousness. 
You need to keep a diary to see if there are triggers--foods (cheese and red wine are notable), stress, tiredness, hormones (if you are female.)
Keep nagging at  the dr too, they can at least try some migraine preventatives to see if that helps. Beta blockers pretty much got rid of my migraines.
