His foreskin doesn't pull back?
Ok well I've been seeing someone for a month or so now and the other night we where messing about and one thing led to another etc.. but when we got to that 'part' i noticed his foreskin didn't pull back, I sort of when to pull it and he stopped me in pain :/ Not that I've been with many people but I've never seen that before and was a little confused... is that normal?

It is not normal for the foreskin not to be able to be freely retracted in anyone who has reached puberty. Indeed it should be retractable from about the age of 8 when parents should check this and teach the boy to retract daily to wash under the foreskin.
When the foreskin cannot be retracted it is impossible to wash away the waste matter called smegma that collects under it. Failure to do so leads to nasty odours and eventually to serious infection as the stale smegma is a breeding ground for bacteria.
The foreskin also needs to retract for proper intercourse otherwise pleasure is drastically reduced as it masks the penis to vagina contact. There is also a serious risk that during thrusting the foreskin may be forced back and rip with painful, very bloody and highly embarrassing consequences.
Your boyfriend is clearly suffering from phimosis (tight foreskin) and needs to get it seen to as soon as possible of any sexual activity will always be painful for him. He should see his doctor and ask for a circumcision to remove the offending foreskin. This will give him (and also you) much improved sexual satisfaction as well as ensuring that infection will not take hold.

It is a north american myth the foreskin has to retract. Whole cultures of men go through their entire, happy, healthy, sexually active lives without ever retracting their foreskin.
If your boyfriend wants to retract, there are some things you and he can do to help this
There is nothing wrong with him that some simple foreskin stretches cannot solve.
He has a naturally tight foreskin, just like every other intact (not circumcised) man on the planet had at your age.
Over 85% of the males on earth are intact so you are on the winning side. The other 15% are envious and wish they still were intact.
Follow the information in the links below and work the foreskin stretches into the daily shower routine, or make them part of your fore play.
Let the warm water loosen and relax the skin before stretching.
Stretches are to be firm, but gentle, with no pain. Pain is a damage indicator. Over stretching till it hurts can create micro tears in the skin opening that will heal over with non elastic scar tissue, making retraction more difficult. No pain,...ever.
What will happen is the Frenar Band (google it) of muscle that closes down the skin opening will relax and expand enough to allow the foreskin to glide effortlessly back and forth over the coronal rim of the glans.
He should see some good results in two weeks, with full and painless retraction in 3-4 months. If it takes longer just keep stretching.
Do not listen to anyone who claims you need to force the skin back to clean under there. Nature has this well in hand. The foreskin/glans combination produce a powerful anti microbial compound called Langerin. Langerin wards off bacteria and keeps this area clean and disease free.....just like you are now.
Go to: www.norm.org and read about the reason and function of the foreskin. You will see how very fortunate he is to still have his, and how misguided are those who promote circumcision for any reason.
Good luck and I hope this helped.

Tight foreskins may mean a number of thing.
1 A doctor or nurse who only knows circumcision can cause phimosis by trying to force an infants prepuce back, ripping and scarring the frenulum and frenar band.
2 A mother may have been mislead by circumcision medical professionals and caused the problem to her son.
3Having reproductive/insertive sex before he is mature can cause his frenulum to rip.
4 harsh chemicals from soaps can cause irritation leaving scar tissue.
5 Misuse, bad hygiene, incorrect care, incorrect masturbation techniques, and lack of knowledge on how our prepuce develop from birth to adulthood are the main causes for prepuce problems in boys or girls.
Infants and children, boys and girls, adults should be educated how not to damage others prepuces because these things happen to girls also and sometimes doctors want to cut. Lucky for guys foreskin restoring expansion devices can help grow more skin, but there are some things they can do for girls with damaged prepuces, but I'm not familiar with these.
