Dog peed/pooped on the carpet-solutions to get rid of proteins & make the stains invisible to black light?

My roommate's dog just pees and poops on the carpet wherever she wants because a) it's a new place so she is likely smelling and marking territory but also b) she is a pretty horribly behaved dog. Since it's likely she will not be going anywhere, and I know my apartment complex will take a black light to our carpet to check for protein and bodily fluid stains, how do I get them out of the carpet? I want to make sure that there are no clues or remains to the fact that the dog peed or pooped, and there is likely high amounts protein since she is really dehydrated all the time.

How can I get them out without ruining the carpet with bleach (the carpet is a light brown color)? I own peroxide, rubbing alcohol, color-safe bleach, regular bleach, vinegar, and other cleaning products. I've been told some of these are good, but I want to know what best eliminates stains from being seen under a black light like those used in forensics.

Suggestions welcome, we will be testing them in a few weeks! :)

IF you can even find a remedy, it's not going to help if the dog keeps peeing/pooping on the carpet. If you can't train the dog, your best option is to get rid of the dog. You even said "she is a pretty horribly behaved dog"

They can't use the black light on your carpets unless you had that same test done before you moved in and you were there to witness that. Also don't use bleach on your carpets, it actually makes dogs eliminate more on the carpet, Maybe try an enzyme cleaner such as a powered or spray one like Nature's Miracle.

    Using white vinegar and water:

Hahaha good luck with that theory!

Replace the carpet and pad is the only way.
