Apparently I get the feedback that I'm cocky, but I don't feel I am, at all. Im quiet, shy, keep to myself, feel im funny looking, i dont have low self esteem just uncertainties at times, I work out but just to escape from life, like my recess time, so yea ..
not like im crying about it at some corner, or kept up at night thinking about it, just wondered what it could be.

People mistaken your quietness and shyness as arrogance or *********. They are misinterpreting you. I'm really quiet and introverted and often get negative results around people for it. Just do some small talk, nothing big, let people know you're a cool dude. Most importantly, don't worry too much about people think about you. You're your greatest critic!
Cocky guys think they're hot sh*t, that everyone around them is lucky to be in their presence. Kind of like a lot of hot women, lol.

Smile more. Let your true self out once in a while.
And, don't worry too much if you are still in school people will find all kinds of things to pick on about others for silly reasons. It's their immaturity.
