Swap a Mazda RX-7 Engine into a 1993 Mazda MX-6?

This is what I know. The RX-7 is a rotary engine as well as the MX-6. The RX-7 is set up for rear wheel drive but the MX-6 is not so i would have to swap the car to RWD. And by any chance that i would be able to swap this engine into this car. Would i be able to put a turbocharged in there? So to speak that i also have a cooler on there.

I think you're in over your head.

All in all, you would wind up spending $3000 - $25000 or more to modify a car that will be 20 years old before you're done with it.

In one way, yes, you can swap just about any engine into any vehicle.

It takes lots of money, planning, time and some engineering expertise for extreme swaps.

    The MX-6 doesn't have a rotary engine. It's either a 4-cylinder or a V-6.

The RX-7 engine probably connects to the transmission differently than the engines of the MX.

Other than that, the engine doesn't really care what it's installed in.

You can turbocharge most any engine, and rotary engines do very well with turbos.
