I probably would not recommendations, yet i'm too previous and palms are too shaky to make itty-bitty sandwiches for cockroaches. i might savour their corporation, nonetheless, 'reason they make my spouse scream!

Grilled chicken on wheat with Swiss, avocados, tomatoes, lettuce, and bacon. Healthy for you, but still delicious.

oh my!
i'd be a roast beef sub with fresh baked whole wheat bread with 9 -grains... swiss cheese- toasted. then lettuce, onion, olive, pickle, jalapeno, & cucumber slices on top... top it off with honey mustard, and spicy mustard, a little salt and pepper spray, a little bit of olive oil and done!!
