Hi there Omar! Well, good question because the word "best" can take on different meanings. I happen to like Cali but it has it's drawbacks too. I would say that Colorado has some great places. I have been to some of it but I have a friend living over there from Cali and she loves it there now. Doesn't have the allergies she was having. Also have a friend in Carson City, NV that loves it there. So, take your pick, depending on your personal taste. :)

Virginia.. but NOT the southern tip of Virginia because once you get close to the NC state line theres too many hillbillys. Other than that its got everything like mountains, ski resorts and beaches

Source(s): I love the Chesapeake Bay
  • It is really going to depend on what your interests are. Each state has something different to offer to pretty much damn near any interest one can have.

I think either Washington or Oregon. They're the most educated states, and they're quite friendly and beautiful places to live.

Depends on what's important to you. With one possible exception, I can think of reasons to recommend each of them:)
