My mom is so frustrating? One direction?
My mom wants to sell 2 one direction concert tickets that she gave to me as a present a while ago because she says she can make a big profit. The tickets were meant to be my gift for Christmas but I found out early so she gave them to me. Then, she got me other Christmas gifts but just remembered that she already bought me the tickets earlier, so she wants to sell them. She knows I love one direction and that I was planning to go with my bestest friend who moved away to Ecuador, but she still wants to sell them. I'm really pissed and angry and even cried, since I know tickets are already sold out so if she sold them I couldn't get other tickets. I don't know if she's just kidding or not but it's really frustrating and I'm mad at how heartless and ridiculous she is being. Sorry for typing so much... But I just really don't know what to do about this.
Advice please? Or even words of comfort would help.

In this case you really need to talk to her. Keeping in mind that she is your mother and she was the one who bought the tickets for you and paid for it, you need to be relaxed and mature when talking to her. this is was i would say "okay mom. i know one direction tickets were sold out in like 10 seconds (which is true because of my concert ticket buying experiences) i need you to realize that i was very excited and looked forward to going to this concert with my best friend. i understand you were the one who bought these tickets and paid for them. i thank you for that. But mom i want you to just think about how upset i am that you wnat to sell them because of the profit. i want you to at least consider this." if you say it that way she will consider it. do not yell at her, raise your voice, or cry. if she decides to sell it anyways there isnt anything you can do about it. but if you say it nicely and maturely she will consider it. keep that in mind. good luck! i know how hard it is to buy concert tickets for popular artists.
