Tips from people that have starved themselves???? PLEASE DON'T GIVE ME DIET PLANS?

Okay well I've starved myself before. I usually would starve myself for a few weeks then eat for a week, or so then starve again for a few weeks. I've been eating for 3 weeks so far and I can't seem to get myself to starve for more then a few days then I just end up eating again

Is there anyone that has done this before that has tips and tricks to not eating? Like for instance what I used to do was post pictures of myself everywhere when I was fat and I'd think wow, don't wanna look like this again. That hasn't been working very well anymore. Please don't give me healthy diet plans because I'm sure you know I won't listen I'll just completely ignore it. Just give me what I asked for and with as much as you can. Thanks in advance.

    Don't starve yourself. You probably won't listen to me but starving yourselves isn't healthy. YOUR BODY NEEDS FOOD EVERY DAY. Since you won't listen to that, I propose eating smaller portions every day. It would give you energy every day but it will also be the same as starving yourself every other week. But I would say just eat regularly. Like if you want a snack eat a banana. I know you won't listen to me but you have a serious problem. Starving yourself too much might kill you
