You can only remember your dreams, actually, when you're woken up during them. If you snore, that means (while you snore) you're not dreaming. You can only dream in the REM stage of sleep. (Rapid Eye Movement). It's natural for older people to remember their dreams less often than a child. After you wake up, it takes an average of about 10 minutes for you to forget your dream. So write it down or something if you plan on remembering it.

So you are saying you remember you had a dream, but cannot recall the dream when you awaken, is that right? That's not uncommon at all, and nothing to be worried about. Sometimes we just don't remember dreams, especially if we do not wake up while dreaming. Another cause can be waking up suddenly from something like an alarm clock, or someone knocking at the door, etc. Hope this helps!

I dont remember any dreams either in fact i can't tell you one i have ever had. I remember them for like half the next day than its gone. If you really want to remember them write about it and read it like once a day and it will probabily stay in your head and feel more visual again. I remember i had one like a month ago but have no idea anymore what it even was. It's very common. Heres a webiste i just found about it http://www.thenakedscientists.com/HTML/content/lat...
