Where can I find a free online encryption program that meets specific parameters?
These are the parameters: I have already invented a specific non-random substitution cipher and would like to enter my cipher into the program to have it generate the encrypted version of a list of words. It's not for computer use or secrecy- I want to use it for creating fictional place and character names, so the encrypted words must be pronounceable. My cipher does this, but it's tedious to translate each word individually on paper (as I'm trying dozens of words to see which best fits a particular place, etc.), so I'm looking for a program that will USE my cipher and yield an encrypted version of any words I give it. I have found many sites and programs that explain encryption or will do almost what I want, but they use a random substitution or reversal instead of letting me input each letter or phoneme (ch, th, etc.) to use in the cipher. Does anyone know if such a program exists?

No.
There are websites that do Caesar ciphers. There are websites that do one-time encryption or even Vigenere ciphers. However, if you don't have a symbol to symbol, but have a phoneme to phoneme substitution cipher, then you need custom software to do that - not because it's any more difficult to break, but because you don't do a straight swap here.
You could probably quickly implement this using Python, without having too much knowledge of programming.

Oh so which you're in simple terms going to be like a thief in the night huh? Why are human beings continuously attempting to have something for not something? i'm so constructive which you would be able to attend to to pay for instant cyber web. the companies that sells that stuff has maximum of deals happening precise now because of the fact they are all competing against one yet another.
