Only if it actually taught me java. Also it would depend on the simplicity of the app. I am no computer programmer but I do have my A+ certification and I know that while some languages are fairly simple to learn like html there would be a big difference between a beginner who knows java and an expert programmer who uses java. If it only taught me the bare minimums, then no I wouldnt pay for it.

On the other hand if it taught me enough to know how to write the same program your trying to sell then yes I would absolutely buy it. For $10 that would be a steal! But being familiar with the app store charging anymore than $9.99 no one would purchase it.

FYI, alot of apps are not what they are advertised to be, You can say "Become an advanced Java Programmer with an Interactive App that teaches you JAVA! When in fact all the App does is open a large word file with a list of instructions.

If you put this out I WILL buy it. Just dont cheat any of your customers with a crappy app that will end up being uninstalled out of rage. Please.
