Where to buy E3 flasher for my PS3 downgrade?

    i hope you know what you are doing,, once you open up your ps3 and install the E3 flasher and downgrade your ps3 to 3.55 you wont be able to enter the PSN or use the psn store and if you install the e3 flasher wrong you will brick your ps3
