EMERGENCY: It's about moving from Spain to America, can you help?

However harsh it sounds, she can not leave Spain without adult agreement if she is under age.

To travel on a plane she needs parental permission, if that is not available it has to be an official who has power over her who signs the paperwork, might need to be a judge.

As 16 year old she can not even use her own money.

Immigration to America is an extremely complicated and long procedure. You can't just move here because you want to. A minor CANNOT immigrate to the U.S. without her family. If she was born in england then she is a UK citizen and can certainly move and live there legally... especially if she has family to stay with. Is this an internet relationship? If so, you have no way of knowing if the story is true. she just may be looking for a way to come to America...and that is not going to happen. If she is a British citizen, she can certainly move to the UK.

"Charlie"is 100% correct. The United States government will NOT allow anyone 16 years old to enter the country alone. NONE! She is still legally considered a minor in the U.S., and she would be denied enter, detained, and put on the next plane back to where ever she came from.

She is an English citizen, so she could go to England.

If she is moving to live in America; Yes she will need a green card to work, and probably fill out some immigration papers, she should also, if planning on staying their for many years, should apply for citizenship as well.

She can enter the country with a tourist visa.tell her to go to the american consulate to apply for one.once in the states , and after her visa expires , she can stay in the country without much troble. Immigration department is run by a bunch of idiots, they will never arrested for being on country illlegaly. Other option , and the best option i think, is to go to the american consulate and ask for asylum. Tell them yuo fear for yuor life and she might get a special visa to enter the states.
