shading-wise, its very well done, I thing you could improve on the lips though, the look a little too flat and out of proportion...

You are very talented my friend. My only comments would be the lips. They look kind of flat. And maybe they can be placed a little lower and a bit to the right side so it doesn't look as those he's doing something with his lips. :3 Besides that, great job. :)

the shadow around the middle
and the reflective light from the right
add those values
