sounds like a troll on the loose//if you have an accident and a fatality you will be guilty of a felony and can get 10 years//a guy in Scranton got 30 days in the county for stuff like your doing/PA is a commonwealth and a lot of laws are different

Driving without a license in Pennsylvania - Up to 90 days in prison, $150 to $200 fine plus court costs the vehicle will be impounded and you would not be allowed to get a license for 1 full year if you decided to try.
Driving without a Insurance in Pennsylvania - minimum fine of $300 plus court cost for driving uninsured and the vehicle will be impounded.
Driving without valid Inspections in Pennsylvania - $150 to $200 fine plus court costs and the vehicle will be impounded.
Remember that all of the above will also carry points that will transfer over to your license and insurance when you do decide to get them !!
