Club Penguin question, please help!?
When I log into Club Penguin and am about to choose a room. Some of them have this talk bubble right next to them. What does this mean? Why do only some rooms have them?

It means it has "safe chat" Safe chat is made up of pre made phrases such as "Party at my igloo!" This is for kids whose parents didn't want their kids to see bad words if the bad words got through the "filter"

the last time I went on club penguin was when i was 8 LOL. I still remember because I used to be obsessed but yea anyways if you see a chat bubble next to the room that means it has that. Because some parents dont want their kids talking to strangers and that room is safe and u cant type and blahblahblah. There once was a pedofile on club penguin and he got arrested so parents want to keep their child safe on cp! ;P But seriously.. your 13 and u still go on that sh*t??

The little bubble means that in that server, you can not type chat, you may only use the list of preselected phrases on a menu. It is normally only used by children whose parents have put that "no type chat" restriction on them. I suggest that if you're not one to have that restriction, then the servers like those would be rather boring.
