Does my dream mean that I'm in love?

I had a dream the other night and in my dream, this girl randomly comes up and starts flirting with me. I then asked her to be my girlfriend. I'm pretty sure that I've seen her before in real life but I've never actually met her. Is my dream telling me that I'm in love?
