Having activities & side missions (other than online) to do when I don't feel like playing the Story Mode. Stuff like that made San Andreas that much more enjoyable and was lacking in IV.

The fact that it will be larger than Red Dead Redemption, San Andreas, and GTA IV combined in size. It's really hard to believe. I still have San Andreas and Red Dead and Red Dead seems like the largest so far, it's so massive but if GTA V is bigger than I can't wait!

At some point of time rockstar announced they were looking for someone who was an expert at making open world games such as skyrim and so on that alone blew my mind

Graphics, new toys to mess with, can roam anywhere at start of game, Also I heard you can own a dog!
