Can you please tell me if this is a good move?

I went to Spain and met a girl, I fell in love ^_^ in was on vacation though, I had to go back to America, back to Texas. She wants to move to America, I want her to. Her mom was killed by her dad, her Das just got out of jail and is now out to get her. He beat her the other day with his friends and cut her leg open with a knife. She needed 5 stiches. They did it again today and this time they tried to rape her and beat her, she got away and didn't get raped though. Just a few punches she took. She has already been raped 4 times, beaten many times, it's all because of the shitty *** people where she lives. Her mom (not her real mom, she adopted her) got her 6,000€ and gave her a choice. Move near me or move to England near her cousins. She was born in England. We talked for days, trying to find where to get a green card and papers and everything to move to America. It got confusing, VERY confusing. So I told her to move to England, it's safe there and she doesn't need to sign anything. I will be coming to England in a few years when I move out of my moms house. If we get married we can come back to America together, she won't need a green card or needing to sign anything. Is this the right choice? Is this a good move? I just need your opinion, I think it is.

Update:

I can wait, can she say when she is making/ordering a visa that she is married even though we arn't officially? I am about 98% sure we are getting married, we have been dating for almost a year.

Her story is bizarre to say the least. The only way she can come to the USA is as your wife or fiancee. In both cases it would take about a year to process the visa and she must wait there while it's being done.
