You may have a bad cache that is causing problems with your browser loading things. This may be true for ALL of the computers you're trying to use. Clear that and your temp files and cookies. This link shows you how: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/se...
You may also want to be sure your Java, Flash and browser are up-to-date. Once you've done all that, restart the computer and try again. Links do update Java and Flash are here:
