Sorry, I'm also not 100% sure which episode that was, but I agree with Sarra. I think it was during boot camp. However, in the finale they show little clips of the judges doing funny things, and Demi's was all about how much Simon and her fight. I think it was in that clip too.

Sorry, I don't remember exactly what episode it was, but I know it was towards the beginning. As early as the audition rounds or boot camp. I don't think it happened after boot camp.
