  • That usually has to do with ribs being bruised and by using your arms a lot maybe you

are throwing out your neck shoulder area and ribs. There is nothing seriously wrong here-

Be sure you sleep on your back with good neck support and pillow under the knees- this allows

the spine- neck to reset itself while sleeping. Take some advil or ibuprofen for pain.

Think about what you are doing before this happens. You actually need a massage to

help get everything back in right so there is no pain. I send my family for a shiatsu

or acupressure massage for these things- see the mayo clinic on these- They cost

around $60 and they are the fastest, cheapest way to go to get the problem fixed.

If you get the money you can go yourself, you wear clothes and they work on your spine.

I think you are overextending something- another thing you can do is go get some

Arnica ointment- it is at the health store and even in CVS- it stops inflammation

and brings blood into the area to heal it. You might try putting that on ribs, neck ,

    shoulder area, it should help.

There is nothing seriously wrong with you, I promise. It is probably a pulled muscle. The muscles in your chest/ribs are very sensitive. Take some Ibuprofen and try to relax.

Sounds like a lung infection, get doctor to check you
