What's your favorite bread type?

My favorite is German sourdough bread, often called 'Graubrot' or 'Landbrot'. Goes so nicely with cheese and ham.

    I love those German breads too. Graubrot is amazing, so long as there's a nice balance between rye flour and regular flour. Too much rye flour in the mix can be a bit over-powering for me.

    Cheese is nice...but even a simple butterbrot makes me happy :)
