Is it true that crimes committed on the stroke of midnight are unpublishable?

    It is true you cannot expect to have anything you wrote about a midnight crime published.

    BTW police use military time so the small brains do not get confused thinking midnight does not exist as far as the law is concerned. So midnight is written 0000 hours on police reports.
