I never get tired anymore, and school is starting soon! IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED!?

I am 13, and I don't feel tiredness. I force myself to sleep. When school was in session I was always tired. But over X-MAS break I have lost my need to sleep. I mean during school I could not stay up later than 10 o clock. Now I don't go to bed till my mom wakes up for work {4 a.m} So how do I fix this? Here are my sleeping habits.

Go on computer

Read

Watch TV

Listen to music

Daydreaming

Playing apps on my Kindle Fire

Texting people whose time is different {dont worry the plan we have makes it free}.

This happens as a teenager, and there isn't much you can do.

The general tips thrown about are to not eat after 8pm, don't drink a lot of water before bed and try to stop using anything with a screen, or anything that causes you to think for an hour before bed.

I would suggest having no caffeine and doing something active to make you tired! I feel the same way right now it's because of the break so don't worry it will go back to normal soon! I hope this helps! Best of luck! :)
