How to improve at wrestling?
It's my last year in high school and 3rd year wrestling, and for some reason, I feel like I'm not doing to good or as good as I should be. I'm incredibly strong, but still getting manhandled by weaker more skilled wrestlers. Let me give you a little about me:
Height: 6"
Weight: 170
Bench press: 275
Squat 275x5
Deadlift 300x1
My workrate is average and get gassed after 2 minutes...
How can I help this?!? I wan't to be able to use my strength and the little technique I have to overpower my opponents.

Lose weight and you will have a bigger edge strength wise on competition. Gain weight and you will have an advantage speed wise bigger guys are slower. The question for you is what is easier for you to beat a slow strong guy or a fast not so strong guy
