If you answer this question right I will have sex with you, just answer! Please?

Alright, I want my long time girlfriend to move to America. She doesn't have a green card though and we don't know how to order one. I really wanna marry her, if I marry her can she come back to Anerica with me? She lives in England. Is that legal? Only answer if you know 100% I have been getting answeres all day saying all different stuff. So can I go to England, marry my girlfriend, make her my wife, then we both come back to America without a green card?

Update:

@the person who called me a liar, I forgot your name: I have asked questions like this about 4 times today, also I am not going to date a girl 5 years then marry her. Damn, isn't one year enough? Man, and I have gotton like 4 different answers saying different stuff about what I just asked. Yes, that is my question from earlier too. Are you trying to make me out to be a lair? Well good luck, I am just trying to get my girlfriend here, I coudn't care less about people like you. I don't have the time. Sorry.

No, no, no.. you already asked this question, except now you're lying. She's not your long time girlfriend, in fact you barely know her. We already gave you answers. Are you just gonna keep asking it until you get the answer you WANT to hear? Here, this is the original question.

I went to Spain and met a girl, I fell in love ^_^ in was on vacation though, I had to go back to America, back to Texas. She wants to move to America, I want her to. Her mom was killed by her dad, her Das just got out of jail and is now out to get her. He beat her the other day with his friends and cut her leg open with a knife. She needed 5 stiches. They did it again today and this time they tried to rape her and beat her, she got away and didn't get raped though. Just a few punches she took. She has already been raped 4 times, beaten many times, it's all because of the shitty *** people where she lives. Her mom (not her real mom, she adopted her) got her 6,000€ and gave her a choice. Move near me or move to England near her cousins. She was born in England. We talked for days, trying to find where to get a green card and papers and everything to move to America. It got confusing, VERY confusing. So I told her to move to England, it's safe there and she doesn't need to sign anything. I will be coming to England in a few years when I move out of my moms house. If we get married we can come back to America together, she won't need a green card or needing to sign anything. Is this the right choice? Is this a good move? I just need your opinion, I think it is.

Additional Details @****- I met her on Summer last year, not over 2 weeks. It was a month or two. And she has told me everything. @the1comment- she has told me EVERYTHING. She doesn't like her past life, but she doesn't think about it. Not every person is the same. She is nice and sweet and deserves someone that will treat her good. She is a very good girl, best I have ever met. 4 hours ago Oh yeah, also @****- She has been to the police, it doesn't work. Most police are corrupted like in America, they ask for kisses and hugs. They are true pigs, the only time police helped her is... well never. Last time she called for help a cop slapped her and kept yelling at her, and she called for help. It was to get pot smokers and drunks off her front yard because they were begging her to go party with her.. and probably some other stuff in mind.

Yes, a lawful permanent resident of the United States can marry someone and bring him/her to the United States as a lawful permanent resident once a visa is approved.

You must marry her outside of the United States, or, if she is able to travel to the United States on a different kind of visa, you can marry her here. Once married, you can file Form I-130. If she is already in the country, it may be possible to get an adjustment of status completed before she has to return to her home country as you await the outcome.

Depending on the circumstances, there is a chance you would have to be separated from her for a period of time during processing by Immigration.
