Is this just a common cold?
This is probably the worst cold i have had, if it is one. For the past 2 days, i've been having a really bad pain in my throat and it doesn't feel scratchy of like a soar throat, its more like a painful feeling whenever i swallow. Also, my neck hurts and whenever i turn, i get pain. The worst thing is the headaches. Every time i stand up, i get the worst headaches for about 10 seconds. I do have a slight cough and congestion problems including a stuffy nose. I just feel a lot of pressure in my head and i hate having to swallow because it is so much pain. I don't have a fever but just to make sure, is this a common cold?

The combiation of a dry painful throat, headaches, chills and generalized pain is usually the first sign of Influenza. Fever tends to come later and spikes quickly.

Just add some organic lemon 1/2 in a tall glass of water and drink "no sugar" I do this when sick with excellent results, the lemon water like coconut oil has germ killing ability.

Can't say for sure. Go to your doctor. Make sure they swab test your throat for strep, and check your lymph nodes.
