a question for the experts on injuries?

I had a two injuries running cross country in high school(3 years ago, twisted ankle, and runners knee), when it gets cold in the winter time or when a major front comes in they start to bother me, not hurt really bad except every now and then but it is mainly just a dull pain. annoying but not major pain. what could it be? is it arthritis? what do you think?

definitely not arthritis. Most people feel some sort of discomfort when the weather changes. Arthritis is not a dull pain it is majorly painful and also causes a lot of swelling and stiffness in joints. It's possible that your injuries did some damage that you feel more as the barometric pressure is changing but you do not need to worry about arthritis right now.
